These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website ethiopianflight.co.uk and any bookings made through Ethiopian Flights, a trading name of Outlook Travel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Companies House registration number 16776445, with registered address at 40 Arundel Gardens, Ilford, IG3 9SX, United Kingdom.
Ethiopian Flights operates as an agent of Brightsun Travel (UK) Ltd and holds flight bookings under ATOL number 3853, issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). By using this website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
"We", "us" and "our" refers to Outlook Travel Ltd trading as Ethiopian Flights. "You" and "your" refers to the customer making a booking or using this website. "Booking" means any reservation of flights or travel services made through us.
Ethiopian Flights acts as a travel agent. We arrange travel services on your behalf with airlines and other suppliers. The contract for the provision of flights and related services is between you and the relevant airline or supplier. We are not the principal for these services. Our ATOL protection is provided through Brightsun Travel (UK) Ltd, ATOL number 3853.
Many of the flight-inclusive packages we sell are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you buy an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. 4.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant airline or supplier.
4.2 A booking is confirmed only when you have received written confirmation from us and any applicable deposit or full payment has been received.
4.3 Prices quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and full payment received.
4.4 It is your responsibility to ensure all passenger details, including names, dates of birth and passport information, are accurate at the time of booking. We cannot accept liability for any loss arising from incorrect information provided by you.
5.1 All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Prices may include taxes, fees and charges as applicable. Any additional charges imposed by airlines or suppliers after confirmation will be passed on to you.
5.3 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before confirming your booking.
6.1 Any cancellations or changes to bookings must be requested in writing to reservations@ethiopianflight.co.uk.
6.2 Cancellation and amendment fees may apply as per the initial agreement with the client or as per the airline's own rules and fare conditions. These will be communicated to you at the time of your enquiry or booking.
6.3 Some fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
6.4 We reserve the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
7.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks of the refund request being confirmed by us and the relevant airline or supplier.
7.2 Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 We are not liable for any delay in refunds caused by airlines, banks or third-party payment processors.
7.4 Administration fees may be deducted from refunds as applicable and as agreed at the time of booking.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport and any required visas or health documentation for your destination. We strongly recommend you check requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate well in advance of travel. We accept no liability for any loss arising from failure to hold the correct documentation.
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability and any other risks associated with your travel.
10.1 We accept liability for the proper performance of our obligations as a travel agent. We do not accept liability for the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels or other third-party suppliers.
10.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your booking or use of this website.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, or industrial disputes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
