It\u2019s flown using a two-class Airbus A330-300 (30 business, 272 economy).<\/p>\n
One important detail worth knowing: Air Zimbabwe itself remains barred from operating aircraft into UK and EU airspace under existing regulations, so the flights actually run under an ACMI wet-lease arrangement with the Spanish carrier Plus Ultra L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas, which supplies the aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance. Air Zimbabwe handles ticketing, branding and commercial operations. This is a common and fully compliant arrangement in aviation, but it\u2019s worth understanding if you\u2019re wondering why the operating crew and safety oversight aren\u2019t Zimbabwean. The current agreement runs for 13 months from 1 July 2026.<\/p>\n
