How do I contact you?

Can I make payment online with my credit card for another person when I am not travelling myself?

For security reasons, No, you can’t make a payment for another person, but if you come physically to our designated office

Online Credit card payment available to all destinations?

Yes, but the Credit Card should be on the passenger name who is travelling, or if s/he is paying for his/her family members who have the same sir name

If I cancel my trip within 24 hours of purchase, can I get a full refund?

Customers who make their booking through and don’t want to travel because of any reason may cancel their reservation 24 hours before departure with a penalty fee as per the airline rules, Most of Ethiopian Airlines tickets if not cancelled within 24 hours’ time limit are Non-Refundable

Can I lose an e-ticket?

You cannot lose an e-ticket as it is electronically generated and stored in our reservation system.

Can I request special assistance when making my reservation on

Yes. We offer selected special requests which can be selected at the time of reservation, with one of our representative or later you can call us or send us an email

Can I pre-reserve or select my seat online?

You can choose seat type at the time of booking or during online check-in.

Can I make a reservation for anyone?

Yes, you can book for anyone provided you will be one of the travelers and use your valid credit card and provide correct passenger details while booking. 

Payment with a credit card for another person is alternatively possible, but you have to contact our nearest designated/appointed agent to complete the payment using your card.

How far in advance can I book a flight?

You can book a flight up to 10 months in advance provided the applicable fares are available.

If I don't have a credit card, can I still book a reservation on

Yes, you can and pay in cash at Ethiopian airlines nearest office or at one of our appointed agent’s office

Can I modify my itinerary during the booking process?

Before finalizing the booking or making payment, you can modify your cities, travel dates & times along with your connection preference.

You can book one-way ,return trips or multiple cities in Economy and Business class. Bookings can be made only for adults, children and infants.

How can I collect my tickets?

E-tickets will be issued for all bookings made online at

On a successful purchase the system will generate an Electronic Ticket and you will receive an email with the status of your booking. You can print the confirmation received by email.

Then all you have to do is walk in to the airport and check-in with valid photo identification and printed itinerary receipt. Your boarding pass will be issued against the itinerary receipt.

Can I make changes, cancel or refund my reservation that I have already made with Ethiopian Airlines?

Cancelation, refund and rebooking can be done as per the airlines rules, either online or you can contact the nearest Ethiopian Airline office

What if I need to cancel or change my ticket?

If you need to cancel or change your ticket prior to departure please contact us immediately by phone. In certain cases the tickets are refundable minus a cancel fee. If the ticket is refundable, the terms will be disclosed to you on the page where you enter your credit card information. If you need to make a change before. We will need to cancel your ticket before your departure date and make the change as needed. If changes are permitted there will be a fee as per the airline rules. If you need to make a change after departure and this is permitted, you need to bring your ticket to the airline office or airport at your destination and they will make the change for you. There is a change fee involved as well and the same booking class will have to be available to make this change. All of the above changes are similar to what the airlines will charge if you bought a ticket from us directly. However typically the airlines will not permit you to have your ticket refunded - which in certain cases we do offer (with the applicable penalty).

How and when will I receive my ticket?

Your request will be processed within 1 business day. Your ticket will be shipped to with 5 Days via FedEx or similar service if it is a Paper Ticket. Most tickets however are Electronic or "E" tickets. In these cases an Email confirmation will be sent which you simply will print for check in.

How can I pay for my ticket?

All rates quoted can be paid with a Credit Card / Debit Card. You can also pay the amount in our office or pay in our account.
